Observation: RCA cooler/freezer unit used to store meat, milk, cooked potatoes, etc is not ANSI certified.
Correction: Unapproved equipment shall be removed from food service. Replace the cooler with a unit that is ANSI certified. All potentially hazardous food items (cooked potatoes, milk, etc) must be stored in an ANSI certified cooler. Correct By: 15-Dec-2015

Observation: The cement floor on the customer side of the serving counter is not finished. There are some tiles missing under the large thick white counter.
Correction: Provide floors, walls, and ceilings that are designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. Finish the cement on the floor of the customer serving line so that it is non-absorbent and easily cleanable. Replace the missing tiles from the floor. Correct By: 15-Nov-2015
