    Observation: Employee vitamin supplements located in kitchen (top of NSF cooler) are improperly stored above food storage and warewashing area.
    Correction: Remove the supplements from the kitchen area to prevent contamination of food and equipment. Store these items in office, away food storage/prep, warewashing and food service.

    Correction: Discard food from unapproved sources. Food was taken out of the cooler to personal cooler.

    Observation: Numerous raw meats stored over the top of ready to eat foods in the upright kitchen cooler and walk-in cooler in basement.
    Correction: Reorganize storage so that ready-to-eat foods are stored above raw animal food and raw vegetables. Discard ready-to-eat foods that show evidence of contamination. Items rearranged during inspection.

    Observation: Raw chicken stored over raw beef in the bottom half of the prep cooler .
    Correction: Prevent nesting of raw animal foods and store raw animal foods in order of decending hazard to prevent cross contamination. Separate raw animal food species from one another except when combined as ingredients. Rotated during inspection.

    Observation: Employee medicine located above kitchen cooler.
    Correction: Label all employee medicine and properly store the medicine to prevent contamination of food and equipment. Medicene was moved during inspection.

    Observation: Hot water temperature at handwashing sink is at 60°F.
    Correction: Water temperature at a handwashing sink sink shall be at least 85°F and no more than 110°F. Hot water was shut off, turned back on.

    Observation: Food manager’s certification is posted in back hallway.
    Correction: Provide & post original food manager certification. Post in view of the public.

    Observation: Personal foods are stored on the top shelf of the upright kitchen cooler

    Observation: Drive Thru cooler is not ANSI certified or approved by the department.
