Observation: Ice scoops on the bar were improperly stored with the handle touching the ice.
Correction: Store in-use utensils in the food item with handle extended, on a clean surface, running dipper well or in a container of water greater than 135°F. Corrected by keeping all scoops upright.

Observation: The water heater in the dish room has a leak from the bottom vent pipe.
Correction: The plumbing system shall be maintained in good repair. Repair or replace defective or leaking plumbing.

Observation: The Floor tile grout has worn out in the dish room and there are gaps in between the tiles.
Correction: Provide floors that are designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable.

Correction: Provide handwashing signage at all handwashing sinks used by food employees.Signs were provided and they were put up.

Observation: Thermometer in True glass sliding door reach-in cooler measuring ambient air is not accurate (reads 29°F and ambient temp is 38-41 F within unit). Replaced with accurate thermometer.
Correction: Calibrate or replace thermometer.

Correction: Equipment used for hot and cold holding shall be designed to include and shall be equipped with at least one integral or permanently affixed temperature measuring device.

Observation: Magic Chef reach-in cooler is not ANSI certified or approved by the department.
