This is a follow-up complaint to address missing labels on bags of ice.
The manager Michael Johnson has stated that there was a new employee that had forgotten to put the labels on the bags of ice. All bags will
be labeled with pertinent information now that the employee has been educated. The ice machine was found to be clean and the drain to the
plumbing system is air-gapped. Labels for the ice bags were available upon request.
