All dishes and utensils are washed and sanitized at the elementary school. Sinks are supposed to installed this summer. PLANS MUST BE
SUBMITTED TO THIS OFFICE FOR APPROVAL.
Employee handwash sink. One compartment sink with overhead spray is use as a food prep sink. Chlorine is used for sanitizer: NSU. Provide
test strips.

Concentration of the SANITIZING solution shall be accurately determined by using a test kit or
other device.

All dishes are washed at the elementary school. There are plans to install 3 compartment sink. Contact our office for plan approval.
