A food handlers training was conducted to discuss the following food saftey areas: employee personal hygiene, proper cooking temperatures, thawing, cross contamination, hot and cold holding, hair restraints, employee illness, refrigerated temperature requirements, cleaning and sanitizing food contact surfaces. A general walk-thru of the kitchen found the facility to be in compliance. Violations discussed.

Clean and sanitize these surfaces for food contact.
Comments:
Splash guard needed on the handsink if food items are going to be stored next to the sink. Discussed violation with the operator. Ensure all equipment is at 41 and below and begin taking logs. No food was available at the time of inspection.

Gross! that sums it up. Nasty bathrooms. Nasty Kitchen and greasy wings....Rude waitstaff
