This is a reinspection for the proper operability of the 3 compartment sink/sewer back up in the service area. This violation has been abated. There is no cold water at the 3 compartment sink/handsink. The temperature of the hot water at the handsink exceeded 148 degrees. Adjust the temperature of the water heater (a minimum of 100 degrees) to allow effective handwashing. Your 30 day permit expires at midnight 11/30/13. Your annual permit will not be issued until the above noted violations are abated. Recommendation: if the violations are not abated by midnight 11/30/13, cease operation of the facility.

This visit was due to a 30 day permit expiration. I was told by the owner's parents that the 3 compartment sink was inoperable and caused the floor drain to overflow in the service area. I had the worker to turn the 3 compartment sink on/the water backed up in service area floor drain (the water was cut off before it dispersed onto flooring). The cold water at the handsink is also inoperable. Your 30 day permit expires on 11/30/13. Your annual permit will not be issued until the above noted violations are abated. Recommendation: cease operation until the above noted violations are resolved. A reinspection will be done on 11/27/13.

    Observation: Observed the lack of a chemical test kit on site for the sanitizing solution of the 3 compartment sink.
