Reinspection for improper food temperatures noted on previous inspection
Food located inside walk-in refrigerator has been moved and is now holding at 41 degrees
Recommend to lower thermostat to decrease temperature to 39 degrees to prevent any possible temperature violations in the future
Deep fried burritos, potatoes and corndogs are holding at 120 degrees
Remove grate from under food and allow to have direct contact with pan in order to transfer heat more efficiently to food and be able to maintain all food in hot holding at or above 135 degrees
Grates were removed upon request and foods now holding at 135 degrees
Hazardous waste was removed from the storage area
Ceiling of walk-in refrigerator was cleaned
Paper towels provided at hand-wash station
Ice machine cleaned and boxes were removed from floor
Missing ceiling tiles replaced
Last inspection report available
Cover holes under three-compartment sink to prevent vermin entry

No paper towels at hand-wash station located in food preparation area
Provide paper towels to ensure adequate hand-washing
Fried potatoes at 100 degrees, corn dogs at 150 degrees and fried burritos at 100 degrees in hot holding warmer
Hot holding is ok but food should not have been stacked four inches high
Ensure to spread food out more evenly to allow food to be kept at or above 135 degrees
Some items in walk-in unit at 41 degrees but observed cheese and yogurt at 45 degrees
Temperatures on other side of walk-in were 32 and 39 degrees
move cold holding area for food to the other side of walk-in unit
