Yes, their Hawaiian food is "da best" and very "ono". I have been to their food booths at many hawaiian competitions and they always have a long long line. Because my daughter's hula troupe participates in most of the Hawaiian competitions they are usually there with their food. The only competition that they don't sell their plates is May Day Festival and Io Ea Kala Hula Festival in Pleasanton, the other vendors food doesn't even come close to Da Island Style. I'd rather go outside and eat.
My favorite is their combo plate with Teri Chicken and Spare ribs along with a side dish of the ahi or salmon poke. Their prices are affordable and you get more than your monies worth. At some events they even have plain malasadas and filled malasadas and shave ice. If you love Hawaiian food, you can't go wrong, their food will "Broke da Mouth"!
Would you recommend Da Island Style to others? Yes
