- Food is prepared a few times a year (coffee, smoothies, and hot dogs). Provide a food handler card for each employee who prepares food. Web sites are Prometric, Food handler USA, or NRFSP. - Paper towels in rest rooms are available but are not inside dispensers. Provide adequate towels for wall dispensers at all times.

- Sanitizer test strips are not available. Provide both chlorine and Quat strips. Chlorine level shall be kept at 100 ppm Quat at 200 ppm

- Details:
- Probe thermometer not on site. Provide and keep hot foods at 135 F or higher. Cooler lacks thermometer. Provide and keep cold food at 41 F or lower.
- Comment:
- An accurate easily readable metal probe thermometer suitable for measuring temperature of food shall be available to the food handler. A thermometer +/- 2 #F shall be provided for each hot and cold holding unit of potentially hazardous foods and high temperature warewashing machines. (114157, 114159)
