- 2 door center island refrigerator is at 52F. Foods in this unit are egg roll 47F, sweet and sour pork 50F, egg roll 53F. Provide at 41F or lower. All food that are 50F and above shall not be served/given to the Public. Egg rolls and sweet and sour pork disposed of during inspection. Operator will determine which foods are 50F and above and will dispose. Do not utilize unit until reinspection has occured and 41F.
