    Expired baby food located on sales shelf was expired at time of inspection. * Note: 6 bottles of baby food was discarded at time of inspection.
  • Cold Holding Potentially Hazardous Foods (46.385(a)(2)-(a)(5))
    Cold foods are being held above acceptable cold-holding temperatures. Cold foods must be held at 41 degrees F or below. See temperature log (pg.2). * Note: 16 self-service half & half packets were discarded at time of inspection. Temperature of half & half was 77.4 degrees F at time of inspection. Sanitarian also asked food employee to transfer foods from deli-case into a functioning refrigeration unit.
  • Equipment in Good Repair & Proper Adjustment (46.671)
    Defective equipment: Deli-display case is not holding proper cold-holding temperatures. Thermometer reading in unit was at 59 degrees F. * Note: Sanitarian instructed food employee to transfer foods from defective unit into a working refrigeration unit. Food employee was also asked to adjust temperature on defective unit to make cooler.
