- Preventing Contamination from Food Contact with Equipment & Utensils (46.301)
Food shall only contact surfaces of equipment and utensils that are cleaned as specified in § § 46.711—46.719 (relating to cleaning of equipment and utensils) and sanitized as specified in § 46.731 (relating to sanitization: requirement, frequency and methods). -Utensil for stirring hot beverages was observed in stagnant, mirky water.
- Cold Holding Potentially Hazardous Foods (46.385(a)(2)-(a)(5))
Cold foods are being held above acceptable cold-holding temperatures. Cold foods must be held at 41 degrees F or below. See temperature log (pg.2). -Ham snd salami sandwiches observed inside unrefrigerated baked goods display case. * Note: 16 ham and salami sandwiches were discarded at time of inspection.
- Date Marking of Ready-to-Eat Potentially Hazardous Foods (46.385(b))
Opened commercially processed ready to eat food (deli meats and cheeses), located in cold-hold unit, and held more than 48 hours, was not marked with the date it was opened.

Food facility lacks sanitizer test strips to monitor sanitizer concentration.

-Paper towels and handwashing reminder sign lacking at handwashing sink in rear warewashing area. -Soap lacking at handwashing sink outside of men's and women's toilet room.
- Mechanical Ventilation as Needed (46.944)
If necessary to keep rooms free of excessive heat, steam, condensation, vapors, obnoxious odors, smoke and fumes in a food facility, mechanical ventilation of sufficient capacity shall be provided. -No adequate mechanical ventilation present in men's toilet room.
