    Food Employee did not follow proper handwashing procedure. Soap and/or warm water not used. Food employee did not follow proper handwash procedures. Food employee did not wash hands between changing tasks.
  • Food Temperature Measuring Devices Provided (46.632)
    Temperature measuring devices for ensuring proper temperatures of equipment are not available or readily accessible in all equipment.
  • Equipment in Good Repair & Proper Adjustment (46.671)
    Microwave oven, blender, refrigerator, and portable coolers(2) are not NSF or ANSI approved food equipment for commercial use.

    No water placed inside water tanks and the valve from the waste pipe has been removed and extended with a plastic pipe which drains into a plastic container. Management must repair valve so it can be transported without leaking onto ground.
