- Only 1 stopper is present in 3 basin sink. 3 STOPPERS ARE REQUIRED TO PROPERLY WASH, RINSE & SANITIZE. - Knowledge of WASH, RINSE, SANITIZE could not be stated properly even though signs were posted. - Detergent for washing equipment is not present near warewashing area.

Food residue observed on clean utensils inside buckets were stored next to wok cooking unit. UTENSILS MUST BE REWASHED & STORED IN SEPARATE AREA.
