First introduced to this product at a food fair. Incredible! I never knew balsamic vinegar could be so delicious! I probably would not have spent this on a vinegar til I tried it, then I was hooked! Then a friend mentioned the store so my BF and I finally went in.
Not only is the owner very knowledgeable, and accommodating, but the store is lovely and tasting all the flavored olive oils and vinegars was just delightful! Could not make up our minds... but favs are proably blueberry, lemon, coconut balsamics and the provence olive oil. We keep going back for new flavors. not jut for salads any more! love love love it!
