horrible experience , after waiting in excess of 10 minutes for our order in the parking lot , we arrive home to find missing items . When calling the 'manager' the first thing she said was " you know what ? were short staffed right now" staffing issues is never the customers problem. She further went on to say I could call anyone I wanted to she didn't need my attitude. Maybe just maybe customers wouldn't have a attitude if the order was completed correctly and included all items .
Would you recommend CARLS JR #536 to others? No
