If design plans or materials change from what is originally proposed, you must notify our office prior to making any purchases or installations. additionally, you must contact codes enforcement to see if you electric pizza oven requires a ANSUL hood. If walls and ceilings discolor or if smoke persists in the facility, a ventilation hood may be required. based on the size of the oven it does not appear to be a problem.
