Food temperatures obtained with DOH thermocouple thermometer: mashed potatoes 148 degrees F., sliced turkey 144 degrees F., stuffing 191 degrees F. All violations from previous inspection on 10/09/15 have been corrected (chlorine sanitizer test strips were available on premises at time of inspection). Cold and hot holding temperatures were reviewed with operator along with serving procedures and food protection during serving.
