THE ELETRIC HOT HOLDING DEVICES THAT ARE CURRENTLY NOT WORKING MUST BE REPAIRED, REPLACED, OR REMOVED AND CN NOT BE USED.
THE WALK IN FREEZER DOOR GASKETS ARE NOT SEALING AND CAUSING A HEAVY BUILDUP OF ICE ON THE PRODUCTS.
ALL WALK IN DOOR GASKETS AND SPRINGS TO BE CHECKED SO UNITS ARE SEALED. |
