i went to pizza gram with my family and wanted to order , among other things, 8 large house slices of pizza. the girl said there was only 6 pieces left. when we asked if they could make another pie she got very annoyed. we also ordered eggplant hero and chef salad. while waiting we were disturbed by the 2 very noisy fans in the room even though it was not even hot. we could barely hear each other talk. we kept waiting and after a while i went up to counter. our hero was done and she did even bother to tell us. when i asked about the salad she said hes making it now. it doesnt take 20 min to make a salad. finally i went to counter to get the salad. again she did not inform us it was ready. all the while she was texting on her phone. when the pizza was ready she yelled to us but she would not allow me to bring the whole pie to the table but only served us slices at a time. at the end of the meal i asked for the remaining 3 slices to be boxed to take home. he stuffed 3 huge slices into a very small box. when i opened the box the next day i saw he had put paper plates between each slice and folded the slices over onto each other. the paper plate was so stuck to the pizza slices we could not get the paper off the slices making them inedible which resulted in large loss of money. the food was good but the service was terrible and the couter lady was rude.they need new employees who want to help and serve customers, not text on the phone.
