Kitchen floor has been in violation on each of the four previous inspections at this facility. Discussed fluorescent lighting in kitchen, bulbs have been removed, recommend evaluating safety of light fixtures. Discussed acceptable sanitizing agents.

10/19/2015Re-InspectionDeli unit adequately functioning at time of inspection, contents in upper portion of deli unit at 42 degrees farenheit. Chemicals observed with required labeling. Hand sink equipped with required elements. Ice machine is plumbed to an in-direct drain line. Floor has been cleaned however is difficult to maintain due to it's current state. Much improved operation.
