Chili and maranara sauce hot holding adequate, 158F. Menu received. Tonight's Hamburger and hotdog process not the typical practice and procedure for typical concession stand operation. Inspector observed discarding of out of temp food. Wall behind ice machine has been repaired. Digital thermometers available.
