Corrective action-Relocated at this time. 15A-Walls in front and rear of store needs repair and repainting (light, glossy paint)-mold-like buildup above prep table; Cove base molding missing in employee bathroom and sheet rock in disrepair; Floor tiles missing by rear handwash sink; Ceiling tiles in rear discolored. 10B-Shelving and cabinets edges worn/plastic finish missing exposing particle board; Shelving in rear needs resealing w/polyeurothane (3 coats). 15B-In rear area light unshielded by door and couple shields broken and some lights out in rear area.; In walk in fridge up front flourescent light and light bulb (shield on premises) not shielded/ shatterproof.; Pastry abd salad case some lights are not shielded/shatterproof. 10B-Plastic surrounding deli/salad case doors broken. 8A-Bagel seeds uncovered in dry storage-some containers not properly labeled; Hand held dust buster stored on cake boxes (corrected); Several spray bottles unlabeled- containing both yellow and clear liquid; Food not stored 6 in or more off floor in walkin up front. 11D-Sterile containers, containing dry ingredients, exterior unclean; Prep table by griddle bottom has buildup; Bulk containers containing sugar etc. exterior has food buildup; Dust buildup under pastry case. 12C-Spray nozzle at 3 bay sink missing ring and hook. 12E-Rear hand wash sink faucet inoperable. Mount paper towels at front handwash sink.
