Food preparation inconsistent.The same item may be excellent one day and poor a week or even a day later.We do not understand how a professional chef can make some meals so awful (confirmed by more than one person).

Service is also variable. We continue to have problems with clearing dishes between the main entree4 and dessert and we often have to wait as much as 20 minurtes for dessert. This has been brought to Joshua's, Tabu's, and Colene's attention at various times earlier.Some of the staff, however, are excellent.

We feel the price of the meals is a bit above market considering that we find comparable meals outside to better than those served here.

The ambience is pleasant but can become very noisy at times.

Clenliness varies. We have often found the floor under the tables to be dirty (items not picked up).
