- R/3.5 Provide manufacturers name and address on the bags of ice. Also, provide ingredients labels on the chocolate suckers with the name of the food, ingredients in descending order, manufacturers name and address, and that this item is home produced.
- R/6.2 Observed 3-10 foot-candles of lighting in the front walk-in cooler, and 3-6 foot-candles of lighting in the large walk-in cooler.
- Provide ten foot-candles of lighting in this area.
- R/6.4 Remove unused unnecessary equipment from premises.
- 6.2 Provide a hand washing sign in the employee restroom, to inform employees where to wash hands.
- Note: Operation added a 1100 Series UL listed ice machine, Masterbilt upright refrigeration unit, model number BMG-48 with NSF label, True upright refrigeration GDM-14 with NSF label, and two Bunn coffee machines both with NSF labels.
