- Note: Observed cigarette ashes on the foil on the stovetop in the kitchen. Be reminded that smoking is prohibited in public places and in the food prep. areas.
- Note: Bulk pretzels sold at the bar are from Dandee. Pretzels are lackinng a label, but came out of the Dandee box.

- 4.5 Clean or remove unused pop gun in order to remove mold build-up. Store equipment clean.

- Note: Reportedly, food in the operation is for personal use. Recommend storing raw shell egs separate from and below ready-toeat foods to prevent possible cross-contamination.
- Note: Observed household equipment that, reportedly, was only used for a free buffet for the Super Bowl.
- 6.2 Provide an Employees Must Wash Hands sign in the men's restroom.
- 5.1 Provide a constant flow of hot water (15 sec) at the men's restroom handsink in order to facilitate handwashing.
- Note: Observed a customer smoking at the bar. The customer extinguished the cigarette upon our entrance. Please be reminded that smoking is prohibited in public places.
- *3.0 Unable to verify the source of the smokies. Food must be from an approved source.

- *4.5/4.6 Observed brown build-up on the interior of the ice machine surrounding the ice maker chute. When machine is empty, wash, rinse, and sanitize the food contact surface.
- *2.4/6.2 Observed hand sanitizer in place of soap in the Ladies restroom. Maintain hand sinks stocked with soap and paper towels at all times in order to facilitate proper hand washing. Hand sanitizer may be used in addition to soap, but is not a replacement.
- R/6.4 Observed missing ceiling tile in the kitchen next to the vent. Repair this.
- R/6.4 Floor covering in the bar area is worn and damaged. Floor covering in the bar shall be smooth and easily cleanable.
- 6.4 Clean the floor under the oven more thoroughly.
- NOTE: No food preparation at the time of this inspection. Reportedly, the food in the home-style refrigerator is for personal use.
- Relocate raw shell eggs and raw sausage to the bottom shelf in order to prevent possible cross-contamination.
- NOTE: Existing household dishwasher is used for storage only.
