- 6.2 Replace/repair the lights in the following areas
- -burned out lights in the beverage storage room
- -non-functioning lights in the retail portion of the walk-in cooler
- Repair these lights in order to provide proper lighting per the Food Code.
- 4.5 The following areas need cleaned:
- -dusty shelving in the beverage storage room
- -dusty walk-in cooler ceiling above the condenser fans
- -dusty walk-in cooler shelving
- Equipment shall be free of dust, dirt, and debris and be clean to the sight and touch.
- 4.4 The following equipment needs repair:
- -cracked glass on the Kahlua cooler door
- -missing handle on the milk cooler door
- Equipment shall be maintained in good repair.
- 6.1 Provide a shatter-proof light bulb or light shield for the light bulb in the walk-in cooler near the door.
- 4.0 Seal the bare wooden shelving in order to provide a more easily cleanable surface.
- 3.5 Observed bagged ice, made at the operation, in the self-serve cooler lacking complete labeling. Each packaged item for selfservice shall be labeled with the name of the product, name of the business, address of the business, and the weight. The bags currently read "Ice" and contain the weight. Labeling options include, but are not limited to: printed bags, information on the twist-ties, and water-proof stamp.
