Never received my pizza. It's been an hour since it was supposed to be delivered.
They didn't answer the phone 6 times when I called to see where it was.
I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Leticia is the best manager and is so nice to all her customers i love eating at this pizza hut the food is always good and hot. The service is great and the price is great to feed as well when you have a family of 4. The pizza hut is nice and clean and we never have a issue with this pizza hut. i like when the
go around the restaurant and ask us if we need anything. I give this pizza hut a 5 stars. My family loves when its pizza night we enjoy going to the pizza hut on san pedro and walking in to the smell of fresh pizza being made. we enjoy going to our table and having them bring us our pizza to the table. i love when i see my kids faces when they see the pizza they order and i loveing having some one make it for us. A break the moms and dad that have when we go to pizza hut. Thanks pizza hut for serving the BEST pizza .mmmmmmm

The worst service in San Antonio. I ordered a pizza and wings, I was told that it would be 45 minutes on an off night. After an an hour I called the service center and was told the store manager would call me back within 20 minutes. When he failed to call me, I called the service again. Again they tried to take another message for the store manager. I asked to speak with the service manager of the call center after a long wait I finally spoke to the service center manager. He told me that he would have the Area Manager call me back and that it might take up to 48 hours for him to contact me. He never did. You just lost a long time customer.
