McDonald's locations in Oklahoma City, OK

I just came from this location and the girl taking orders in drive thru was a little annoying laughing so much while I was ordering she kept asking me what was that... Then got snippy with me when I spoke up as of I was getting rude with her. Then when I was done paying and moving to the 2nd window a young man gave me my caramel frappe but there was whip cream bulging out of the lid so Iasked if they could fix that and he turned to the young lady who I guess makes the drinks and said if she could fix it and she was like "oh wow really?" Very loudly where I could hear and kept saying "really?...really?" Then said "all u gotta do is lick that off!" So when the boy returned I asked for manager and when I told manager basically that her employees were really unprofessional she seemed to either not understand me or not care. This was the worst experience ever. I will never go back to that McDonald's again. I deal with customers daily and you never treat people that way especially customers!!
