McDonald's locations in Detroit, MI

How you gone have a$3 happy meal and .50 cent upcharge me for a juice. Then when i get to the window you don't have any juice you suggest pop but you not comprehending I need my money back from this upcharge on juice that you don't have. And you take my receipt because you dont remember What I ordered and then lost it before you got back to the window. Hidden fees is why I don't eat here often definitely won't come back with these practices

service is bad.....people arguing.....food order is wrong but for the last time cause im not coming back and my bread was stale and hard with the mayo still on it and no cheese added but in paid for it.....not once but several times and on top of it they ARE GHETTO AS HELL n im black...smh

Almost everytime I visit the McDonalds drive thru on Grand River/Southfield my order is wrong, and today is no exception. They should have the workers at the Mack/I75 store come and train them. They are phenomenal. The Grand River/Southfield store has lost a customer, but I'm sure they won't care.
