My family has been to this location a few times and every time we go there, it smells like mildew. We also have always had either bad service or they are out of things that are on the menu. Last time we went (6-7 weeks ago) we waited over 30 minutes for our food (for 3 people) and when it got to the table the waffles were super cold. We talked to the manager about it and he never even said sorry. He acted as if this is ok and at that point, we decided not to ever go back to this location. Today, we decided to give them one more shot......Big Mistake....We ordered ttwo of the bananas and cream waffle combos and waited at least 20 minutes. When the waitress finally brings our food, she has 2 plain waffles and says "the bananas we have are too green so I brought you plain waffles". I was not happy about this but ate it since we were in a rush. As I was paying, I spoke to the manager (same man I spoke to about the prior incident) and I told him that the waitress should have came and told me about the bananas before making the food so that I could have ordered something else. Once again, he got very defensive. He never said he was sorry or that he would talk to his staff. I am a retail manager myself and I take full responsibility in training my staff. It's apparent to me that this manager does not care about the appearance of his restaurant or the level of service that customers get. My family will never return to this location.
Would you recommend IHOP #3252 to others? No
