It's been two days that I have been calling the bank trying to get help. I am missing a coin deposit from Jan 16th. Every time I call the branch, I get transferred back to the call center. I called call center today and now I'm on hold. I'm crossing my fingers that I don't accidentally get disconnected like last time. Well.. I'm talking to vault handler & she decides to put me on hold again to verify something else & I got disconnected! She said that Brinks picked it up but I told her since then I have made another deposit so I wanted to make sure it wasn't for the last deposit not the first or vice versa. Shoot! I think her name was Ally. Please call me.
