So I eat here several times a week, in the mornings I get great service. In the afternoons not so much. Usually have to ask to get my drink filled. The other day I ask for tea and was told they didn't have any and it would be 30 mins., to an hour to make. I've made a lot of tea but never heard it take that long. As often as I come I'm absolutely sure without a doubt that they will know exactly where this comment came from. Maybe that server is correct on that amount of time. Don't want anyone in trouble but did want someone to be aware.
