I go to the Taco Bell on Causeway Blvd a few times a week . My first visit there was on my way home from work I work late nights and they stay open . Now if I'm at home even though there are Taco Bells closer I will go out of my way to go there ! Josh is the absolute best employee they have! He makes me feel like they value me as a customer. I always have a special order or I like to change things they have always accommodated me with a smile on their face. Other Taco bells have actually been so rude I have driven off. If I see Josh's motorcycle in parking lot I'm going through the drive through just to say hello . So because of his excellent customer service skills Taco Bell makes money off of me sometimes even when I'm not hungry lol! Taco Bell was the first job I ever had and I was taught " Does it sound like you're smiling?" I've carried that with me in everything I do in life now! Josh always sounds like he is smiling and when you get to the window there he is SMILING😀

It was 2:30 in the morning..... First time I felt so special at a drive thru lol the employee name was Josh at the Taco Bell on Causeway in Brandon,Fl.
Omg he IS the best in service ever!! Lol Every one should learn from this guy even managers! :D
Way to go Josh!! Hope I run into him again :) thx!
