Observed the large ice machine and small ice bin in the drink prep area being used for storage of bottled water as well. Person in charge was notified of this, and removed the bottled water on-site." |

A temperature measuring device with a suitable small-diameter probe that is designed to measure the temperature of thin masses, like fish filets, shall be provided and readily accessible to accurately measure the temperature in thin foods such as meat patties and fish filets. . No thermometer observed inside of the mini reach-in cooler near the drive-thru window, and no narrow stem probe thermometer observed in the establishment. Thermometers will be purchased or ordered." |
