Description: A well-known West Side establishment in an inconspicuous spot along Harrison Avenue, Maury’s Tiny Cove has thrived for more than a half century. The atmosphere reminds one of those dark Chicago clubs with smoke all around and where cocktails isn’t a dirty word. Maury’s is best known for its martinis and manhattans and, of course, its steak. Try a cone with the UDF brand’s signature cookies ’n cream first.Although there are a hundred UDFs spread around the area, we’ve listed one that sparkles like new with all the yupscale amenities. If you go to another location for a milk shake, however, be aware that not every UDF has a soda fountain.
