Hi, we are thinking about buying a home in the Waterstone community and wanted to know what new construction is being built there. They've cleared land between Millcrest Apartments and across the street from Fieldstone townhomes. We've called around but can't seem to find any answers. Can someone please let me know?

I could be wrong, but I think it is a second phase to Millcrest Apartments.

I live in waterstone, and don't recall cars parked on the street being a problem, then again I live in the townhouses, and not in the private homes part.

I got to thinking about this, maybe that person saw what happened when all our roads were getting resurfaced? we had to park up and down on the streets because we couldn't come down our roads as they were being done?
This went on for a few weeks before all the roads were done.

The land that has been cleared is for a projected second phase of Millcrest Park. Estimated completion date is uncertain, but should be starting within the next few months. I am the Property Manager at Millcrest Park, so if you have any questions, please feel free to email me directly at manager@millcrestpark.com.

That might be the answer! I remembered it b/c I live in an old section of town (my house was built in 1921) and many don't have driveways, so many park on the street. I don't see it as an issue and was curious. Thanks for the info!
