Rock Hill... (York: buyer, new construction, price)

Okay..

I've heard good and bad about Rock Hill.

I would appreciate anyone who could tell me what parts are good and
what parts are bad.

I'm looking into new developments off of Dave Lyle...

What about there?

If you're looking at new construction be sure to take a Buyer's Agent with you. When you go to an onsite agent they work for the builder and will do everything to the builder's advantage. As far as location, Dave Lyle is better than Celanese Rd. Once you've hooked up with a GOOD agent, let your agent know what your price range is, what your specific needs are, and he/she can tell you what areas are best. Best areas are not a generic thing. Your property search needs to be customized to your wants and needs.

I have been reading alot of good things about York county! although, from what I have researched and heard,there are a better choice of nearby towns
which get more props over Rockhill!
