People on this board are not going to be happy about this. We were thinking about buying in Carolina Reserve. Glad we didn't.

That is the same plan they have been using for a couple years now. Several brokers have brochure's for Cornerstone. They still do not have an achor or enough tenants signed in order to start the project. They may start the residential portion.

I had a neighbor that bought over there and her backyard is right up against where the new townhouses will be. I'm sure they will leave some trees but not enough.
