You are spot on - it's about house size and yard size. I know a teacher in the Indian Land district, and her reason for staying in Fort Mill so her kids can go here is classroom size. She said the Board is just better at making adjustments so our classroom sizes don't get out of control, but Indian Land does not have a handle on this yet. It could easily change overnight; I would choose based on the house, it's where you'll be spending most of your time.
