What are they building to the left and behind Hardees in Fort Mill? Looks like either apartments or offices.

A four-story, 64-unit upscale apartment building.

Great. That area is a traffic nightmare. Dont get me started on people turning into the Hardees and blocking up the entire intersection.

Maybe they'll get rid of Hardee's ;-)

I hope not. I like that place. It does good business. I just wish they put up some type of barrier to prevent people from turning left into there.

Well since they are building one on Gold Hill, maybe they close this one.

If this is going to be apartments, what's with the sign on the corner of the empty lot across from the Hardee's? It talks about a medical office building, but the picture on the sign looks like the building that is going up. Are they going to be building something else as well? I assume it won't be on that corner lot since it is way too small, plus there is still a for sale sign on it.

It would be neat to see a sit down restaurant. Or even something like a Starbucks. I'd still like to see the Hardees go. And it would be nice to see Main Street flourish and be renovated. It's such a neat area. When I lived in NY, there was a real nice, small bakery called The Sweet Tooth. They had every cake imaginable and you could sit at cafe tables and drink coffee.

I completely agree, it is sad driving through there and so much potential to be had. I would love a good coffee/bakery place that isn't Starbucks.
