Has anyone tried The Flipside Cafe yet? (it is the former location of Eat Well)

well apparently after doing a little more digging...The Flipside Cafe will be opening December 3rd. Also Jon Fortes (one of the owners) happens to be the executive chef at Mimosa Grill in Charlotte.
