Has anyone had success with any doctor or clinic with a weight loss program? Don't want Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig. I'm looking for a doctor/nurse directed program.

Prefer something in Rock Hill or Fort Mill. Won't consider Charlotte, too far to drive on a regular basis.

I don't want to starve to death, either, and can't exercise a lot due to other health problems.

Know anyone who has been successful?
