Anyone have more information on this fire ?

I believe this is the third time this home has suffered major fire damage in the 13 years I've lived in the area.

You are correct Jeff. Second fire at that location. The 1st house that burned is where the Blue house currently stands. The original burned and they re-built on the current lot which has burned twice. Its odd how there was no cars in the driveway that night but is usually packed with cars.

Thanks for the additional info, MayDay30.

I remember the last fire because we had both snow and ice on the roads, and both Indian Land and Pleasant Valley fire departments had seriously extended reponse times.

Except this was my home. My brother is in the military so he was gone to fort jackson for the past few days, i was in college; I take summer classes and because he was not here, his wife was not either. My father moved his truck outta the driveway when the fire department arrived.
