I think it should be changed to "ice tea" but technically both are correct.
I don't think so. "Iced tea" is tea that has ice in it (tea that has been iced.) "Ice tea" would be tea either made from ice or frozen tea in the form of ice.

I agree with you but I feel that if we cannot see the particular glass of tea, either way is acceptable.
I've gotten used to reading ice tea. Whip cream still rankles.
