Our language is relatively difficult. Consider "If you snooze you lose!" I can see where less literate/detail oriented people would be thinking "if you snooze you loose (yes, wrong) so maybe we should lobby for "if you snooze you looze", ha.

But they were freaking taught in the 3rd grade that lose is spelled l o s e. Now they're all spelling it loose because somehow by way of social media, everyone jumped on the "loose" bandwagon. Same with you're/your! Arrrrghhh, need to start taking blood pressure pills!
