The World's 20 Most Beautiful Lakes | Fodor's

Discuss both what's listed and also what may have been missed in what you think are the most beautiful and outstanding lakes in the world. What are the superlatives that make them stand out?
The only one that I have been to on that list is Lake Como and indeed it is a beautiful lake.

The only outstanding lake that I would add to the list is the Dead Sea (which is actually a lake) as it is the lowest place on Earth and one can float in its water due its high saltiness.

I know only the Lake Lucerne - and it's really wonderful.
But according to what I have seen in pictures, Lake Moraine, in Canada, is a strong candidate to be the most beautiful.
