I came across a vision of the Russian auto drivers through the eyes of an American tourist. To be honest I was so ridiculous and insulting. Tourist says when you go outside in Moscow, the drivers of the sharp pressure on gas, but not in order to crush you and do the damage, but in order to see the fear in your eyes. Is it so true someone thinks who was in Moscow?

I'm an American who used to live in Vladivostok. Both of the cars we had were Japanese, so the steering wheel was on the right side. It took some getting used to, but I managed.
I should say that there is a difference, however, and there is a reason why they put steering wheels on a particular side. It can be more difficult to judge distance from the center line (if one, indeed, exists), and sometimes in tight corners it can be more difficult to judge.
Overall, though, for an experienced driver there's not much difference.
