There are already quite a few of these in London and Paris and like cmptrwlt says Berlin. Berlin is famed for having the best Electronic Dance Music scene in the world. Only Ibiza in the summer gets anywhere close to it.
If your thinking of opening one i'd stick to the US as Europe already has many established clubs with some companies that only have clubs having several in different cities.

Your life plan to open up a World Class Large Electronic Dance Music Nightclub is an interesting, ambitious, and fun aspiration. However, you seem ambivalent/indecisive with selecting what place to establish that.
You eventually have to decide rather soon and confidently go with that location.
Good luck with your plans to open up a place for that!
Out of the 5 places in the poll, Paris and Stockholm are equally the best. Vancouver is a close second, Seattle a close third, and Miami distantly in last place.
These are other places that are equally good possibilities as Paris and Stockholm: Montreal, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, Shanghai, Bangkok, Taipei, Hong Kong, Seoul, Chicago, Seattle.
For your nightclub, you could try to put a lot of impressive and inviting designs in it such as for the tables, chairs, lighting, walls, and ceilings etc.
The ambience is just as important as location, live music, nightclub related products such as drinks/coffee/tea/desserts/meals, the people the place attracts Etc.
You need to go where an EDM clubs are still in its infancy, but a fast growing demand. You don't want too much competition at this point being one of the firsts and also have the 'coolness' factor...from decor to events planned along with having local celebs come by every so often.
Lots of people with lots of money to spend.
And not much competition.

I wonder just how good and high quality the nightlife scene is in Tokyo. How would you rate the nightlife and music scene in Tokyo? Does Tokyo have plenty of large trendy sophisticated nightclubs?
Belgrade Serbia actually seems to be one of those worst places for a world class electronic dance music nightclub. There is plenty of other much better places for that.

Vancouver does seem good enough for this, even if some people have skepticism.
Seattle in near distance might be even better because the property rentals there is a lot cheaper than Vancouver and people in Seattle usually have a bit more annual income they can spend outside of what they spend on their home.

Honestly one place worth looking at could be Chicago. The EDM scene here is huge in terms of demand. There are really only one or two venues that supply though and they get packed. People come from out of state just to see shows at the Mid.

I agree that Chicago is a very good possibility for opening up a world class electronic dance music nightclub.
Also equally true for Stockholm, Montreal, Paris, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, Shanghai, Bangkok, Taipei, Hong Kong, Seoul, and Seattle.
Chicago is still very underrated in plenty of ways.
It still has a lot of nice impressive high quality neighborhoods. Chicago has almost everything that New York City has. It is much more affordable with a much lower cost of living than New York City. Chicago is also a bit more laid back/easy going/slower paced than NYC. Chicago has a nice easily accessible beach literally right next to Downtown, especially for summer. Almost all of Chicago’s subway system is above ground, which can feel better than being below ground. Chicago is actually one of the main birthplaces for the Electronic/House music genre, and also for skyscrapers/high-rise architecture. It has one of the best collections of historic and modern architecture. I find Chicago weather very interesting/fun and it has some of the best 4 seasons weather in the world. There is plenty to enjoy about Chicago, despite some flaws/weaknesses.
